Refund & Cancellation Policy
Stray Cat Studios does not offer refunds and does not accept cancelled orders — all sales are final. Please double-check your cart before checking out, because once it’s in, it’s in.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to help us sort things out. If we don't hear from you within that time frame, we can't offer a refund or exchange — no exceptions.
We’re a small studio, not a big-box store. Thanks for understanding and supporting handmade art.

Processing & Shipping Policy
Please allow 5–10 business days for us to process and fulfill your order — everything’s handmade, packed with care, and may require a bit of patience.
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and postal gremlins.
⚠️ Heads up around holidays: Processing and shipping times may take longer due to higher order volumes and postal delays. I appreciate your understanding while your package makes its merry way to you.
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s headed out the door. Thanks for supporting slow art in a fast world.

In-Person Sales Policy
All in-person sales are final — no refunds, no cancellations, no take-backsies. Once it leaves the table and is in your hands, it’s yours to love forever.
If something breaks on the way home, I’m genuinely sorry — but I can’t be responsible for items after they leave my booth or studio.
